WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR AT CAPELLIORA?
Virgin Hair refers to 100% natural hair that has never undergone any chemical treatment since it was harvested. This means no coloring, bleaching, perming, relaxing, or chemical straightening.
The cuticles are intact, aligned in the same direction, which guarantees a uniform texture, great durability, and a natural look.
Virgin Hair can be washed, straightened, curled, waved, and even colored later, while maintaining its quality, provided it is properly maintained.

CAN OUR VIRGIN HAIR BE COLOURED?
It's a YES! Virgin HAIR can be colored up to 27.
We recommend that you use a professional colorist for your coloring services on our quality hair extensions.
Keep in mind that bleaching is not without risk for our hair extensions, their softness and fluidity. Avoid bleaching and prefer coloring, natural, gentle, and especially NON-AGGRESSIVE, in order to preserve the shine, softness and fluidity.
ALL COLORING AND BLEACHING CAN ALTER THE CURLY TEXTURES OF VIRGIN HAIR BECAUSE THEIR BASE TEXTURE IS NOT NATURAL
HOW MANY PACKS DO YOU RECOMMEND BUYING?
We strongly recommend 3 bundles for lengths up to 26 inches. Remember, the more voluminous the curl, the more beautiful it is.
For lengths beyond 26 inches, take 4 bundles to avoid the "rat tail" effect.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, CAPELLIORA is committed to offering every customer impeccable service.
Refunds
A refund is only possible within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, no refund can be issued.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted within 10 days from the receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:
- The value of the exchanged product must be equivalent.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if the hair extensions have been worn or if the original packaging has been opened or altered.
- All shipping and handling costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, as CAPELLIORA is not responsible for lost packages.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the printed order receipt. Products that have been worn, altered, dyed, cut, or modified in any way will not be accepted.
If any of these conditions are not met, CAPELLIORA reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund. We recommend carefully inspecting your package upon receipt before any use.
Promotional or Discounted Items
Items purchased during a promotion, exceptional discount, special offer, or with a discount code are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product. Any anomaly must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by visual evidence (photos or videos) to establish non-compliance.

At CAPELLIORA, every order is prepared with the utmost care. Before shipment, a detailed file is created, including:
- a photo of the order content,
- the tracking number,
- as well as the recipient's contact details.
This information is kept in our archives for 3 months, in order to allow for any verification in case of a complaint.
We ensure that every package is complete, checked, and verified before leaving our warehouse. However, despite all our vigilance, errors can exceptionally occur. In such cases, after rigorous verification of our archives, we commit to re-shipping any missing item at our expense, accompanied by a courtesy gift, as a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction.

- Detangling curls: Never comb your curly hair when it's dry to avoid breakage and hair loss. Always prefer detangling on damp hair with a sulfate-free conditioner. Start at the ends and gently work your way up to the roots using a wide-tooth comb, a paddle brush, or a Denman brush. A spray bottle and a paddle brush are valuable allies for keeping your curls hydrated, bouncy, and perfectly defined.
- Preparation before bed: Make sure your hair is completely dry before going to bed. To preserve your curls, divide them into 2 to 4 sections and then protect them with a bonnet, scarf, or satin or silk pillowcase.
- Luxurious wet look: For a "wet look," mix an amount equivalent to Nairobi mousse with a nourishing oil and apply to your strands. Be careful not to leave this style on for too long to avoid long-term drying.
- Morning routine: Gently undo your braids or twists, lightly spray your curls with water, redefine them with a paddle brush, then reapply a small amount of Nairobi mousse. Let air dry for a natural, shiny, and perfectly structured result. Or use CURLS LALA
